Our First Activities Abroad
When we created Tonkina, our vision was clear: skincare rooted in Vietnamese ginseng, made safe and effective for mature, sensitive skin - and shared far beyond our borders. Turning this vision into reality is a journey, and we are taking it one careful step at a time.
In the early days, we had the honor of joining the Middle East Organic and Natural Expo Dubai. Standing among global innovators in beauty and wellness, Tonkina introduced Vietnamese ginseng to an audience who had never seen it before. For us, it wasn’t just a booth at an event. It was the beginning of conversations, questions, and curiosity about what makes this root - and our formulas - so unique.
Soon after, we continued our journey to the 9th China-South Asia Exposition & 29th Kunming Import & Export Fair. Here, Tonkina stood proudly as part of Vietnam’s voice in the global natural skincare market. We learned, we listened, and we realized: the story of Lai Chau ginseng resonates not only at home, but also with communities who value authenticity and science working hand in hand.
Another important milestone has already been reached: Tonkina officially launched its Amazon store in the United States. This marks our very first entry into the US market, one of the world’s largest and most competitive beauty arenas. For us, it is more than just an online shop - it is a way to bring the story of Vietnamese ginseng directly into the hands of women everywhere, proving that safe, effective skincare from Vietnam can stand proudly on a global stage.
