Cancellation Policy

At Tonkina, we’re here to support you in every step of your skincare journey. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we’re happy to help.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via customer@tonkina.com to make a request.

For cancellations:

  • If your order has not been shipped, we’ll deduct a $4 handling fee (transaction fee) from the product value before processing your refund.
  • If your order is already in transit, we’re unable to cancel it. However, once you’ve received the package (for orders within the US), you may return unused, unopened products within 60 days. We’ll cover the return shipping, but a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your original order amount before issuing your refund.
