How long does shipping take?

All orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping service and your location. Shipping within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Sometimes carriers take up to 48 hours to update tracking details. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 4 business days, reach us at customer@tonkina.com and we’ll assist right away.

Customs & Duties

While unlikely for domestic orders, in rare cases additional duties or taxes may apply depending on your location. Please note that Tonkina is not responsible for these charges.

If your order doesn’t arrive within 60 days, you’ll receive a full refund for that item. That’s our promise to you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
